By accessing this website, submitting any inquiry form, or transacting with Manila Kitchens, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site immediately.

Privacy Policy

Manila Kitchens is committed to upholding the data privacy of all its customers and website visitors in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

Personal information collected through this website includes: full name, email address, mobile number, company or restaurant name, project location, project details, estimated budget, and project timeline. This information will be used strictly for the purposes of responding to inquiries, processing orders, fulfilling services, and conducting marketing activities of Manila Kitchens.

Manila Kitchens employees, contractors, and agents are given controlled access to customer information only as needed to perform their roles. They are subject to strict confidentiality obligations and may be disciplined, terminated, and/or held criminally liable if they fail to meet these obligations.

Manila Kitchens does not collect, store, or process credit card, debit card, or bank account information directly. All payment transactions are handled through banks or authorized third-party payment processors.

You may request the removal or correction of your personal information from our records by contacting us at the details provided in the Contact Us section of this document.

Quotations & Pricing

Quotations provided by Manila Kitchens — whether through consultation, email, or any other channel — are valid for the period stated in the quotation document. If no validity period is stated, quotations are valid for 15 calendar days from the date of issue. After expiry, prices are subject to revision without prior notice.

All quotations are in Philippine Peso (₱) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.

Manila Kitchens reserves the right to adjust prices at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to changes in material costs, labor, logistics, and foreign exchange rates.

In the event of a pricing error — whether on the website, in a quotation, or in any communication — Manila Kitchens reserves the right to correct the error and issue a revised quotation reflecting the accurate price. The customer will be notified of the correction and given the option to proceed at the corrected price. If the customer chooses not to proceed, Manila Kitchens reserves the right to cancel the order. Any payments made prior to the correction will be refunded in full, less any costs already incurred. Manila Kitchens shall not be obligated to honor any price that was published or communicated in error.

Order & Purchase Policy

Orders placed through this website or confirmed via written agreement are subject to the following:

  • Orders are not confirmed until a written order confirmation or signed sales order is issued by Manila Kitchens
  • Full or partial payment may be required before design, fabrication, procurement, or delivery commences, as agreed upon in your sales order
  • Manila Kitchens reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its sole discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock or supplier unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity
  • Delivery and project completion timelines are estimates only and may vary based on project scope, supplier lead times, fabrication schedules, and logistics conditions
  • Any changes to a confirmed order must be submitted in writing and are subject to review and approval by Manila Kitchens. Additional charges may apply for scope changes made after order confirmation

Payment Policy

Payments must be made through the methods accepted and communicated by Manila Kitchens at the time of purchase. Manila Kitchens reserves the right to change accepted payment methods at any time.

  • Orders are only processed upon receipt of the required payment or deposit as agreed in the sales order
  • Manila Kitchens does not store, collect, or process credit card or banking details directly. All payments are settled through banks or authorized third-party payment processors
  • In cases of payment discrepancies or failed transactions, Manila Kitchens will notify the customer and the order will remain unconfirmed until payment is successfully settled

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders that have already been confirmed, deposited, or where fabrication or procurement has commenced are non-cancellable and non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Manila Kitchens.

For cancellations requested before fabrication or procurement begins:

  • Manila Kitchens reserves the right to assess and deduct any costs already incurred, including design fees, procurement costs, and administrative fees, from any amount to be refunded
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 banking days from the date of approval

Manila Kitchens reserves the right to refuse any cancellation or refund request for whatever reason once an order has been confirmed and work has commenced.

Delivery & Installation Policy

Delivery and installation timelines provided by Manila Kitchens are estimates only. Manila Kitchens will make every reasonable effort to meet agreed timelines but cannot be held liable for delays caused by:

  • Supplier or logistics delays beyond our control
  • Site conditions that prevent or delay installation
  • Acts of God, natural disasters, or force majeure events
  • Government restrictions, permits, or regulatory requirements
  • Changes requested by the customer after order confirmation

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the project site is ready and accessible for delivery and installation on the agreed date. If the site is not ready and a re-delivery or rescheduling is required, additional charges may apply.

Manila Kitchens shall not be responsible for damage to equipment or installations caused by improper use, mishandling, or site conditions beyond our control after delivery and acceptance by the customer.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, kitchen layout designs, renderings, concepts, logos, and graphics — is the property of Manila Kitchens and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content from this site for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Manila Kitchens.

Marketing Communications

By submitting any form on this website, you consent to receiving follow-up communications from Manila Kitchens via email, SMS, or phone in relation to your inquiry or order.

Form Submissions Policy

This policy applies to all forms on this website, including but not limited to the Free Kitchen Design form, KitchenCare form, and the Contact Us form.

Submitting any form on this website does not constitute a binding agreement, confirmed booking, or guarantee of service. It is an expression of interest only.

Upon review of your submission, a Manila Kitchens representative will get in touch to discuss your project requirements and walk you through our process.

Similar to architectural and engineering design services, kitchen design is professional work that involves operational planning, workflow analysis, equipment specification, and technical coordination. Certain offers communicated on this website, including free design-related services, are subject to a qualification process and may require a creditable design fee, the amount of which will be communicated to you prior to any commitment. The design provided under this offer covers a basic kitchen layout only. For projects requiring more detailed design studies, technical layouts, engineering plans, custom fabrication specifications, or extended consultancy, a separate professional design consultancy fee applies. In both cases, any design fee paid is fully credited toward your total project amount should you proceed with Manila Kitchens for equipment supply and installation — making it effectively free for clients who push through with us. Design fees are non-refundable if the customer chooses not to proceed after the design has been delivered.

For service-related offers such as free kitchen assessments or checkup programs, submissions are likewise subject to a qualification process. Prior to confirming any scheduled visit, Manila Kitchens may require the submission of a detailed equipment list, comprehensive kitchen photos, or other relevant documentation to assess the scope and eligibility of the request. Scheduling of any technician visit is only confirmed upon completion of this qualification process and at the sole discretion of Manila Kitchens. Availability of slots is limited and not guaranteed upon form submission.

Manila Kitchens reserves the right to:

  • Accept or decline any submission at its sole discretion
  • Limit the availability of any offer at any given time
  • Contact you via the details you provided to follow up on your inquiry

By submitting any form, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to make inquiries on behalf of the company or entity named in the form.

Limitation of Liability

Manila Kitchens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, reliance on information found on this site, or from the provision of our products and services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim, or Fifty Thousand Pesos (₱50,000.00), whichever is lower.

Manila Kitchens shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural calamities, government actions, industrial disputes, or disruptions to supply chains.

Changes to These Terms

Manila Kitchens reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of this website or our services after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Legal & Others

Manila Kitchens, owned and operated by JBC Ventures, Inc., reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at its sole discretion, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Manila Kitchens further reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action against any party that violates these Terms & Conditions.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the baseline agreement between you and Manila Kitchens for the use of this website. Where a separate written contract or signed sales order exists, the terms of that document shall take precedence over these Terms & Conditions to the extent of any conflict.

By using this website, submitting any inquiry or form, or placing an order with Manila Kitchens, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
