More than ten years ago, TV personality and celebrity chef Jose Sarasola, a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institution Management (BS-HRIM) graduate with a major in Culinary Arts from the prestigious De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, made a pivotal decision.
